I ordered from here for the 1st time as a weekly food delivery didn’t turn up. My order consisted of small chips, large chips, a side salad and a cheeseburger so it wasn’t a large order. There was no indication of how long the delivery would take until after ordering. I placed the order at 18:10 and the estimated delivery was 18:55. I called the restaurant at 19:00 and was told by the driver he was about to leave. The driver took 13 minutes to get here whilst I was on the phone for a 2nd time and I’m only about a minute or 2 away. I’m extremely disappointed at how long it took for the food to arrive as well as the quality of food. My friend who saw to the order was also told that some people need to be patient. We were more than patient and will definitely not be ordering again.
